Joel Hans Embiid (born March 16, 1994) is a Cameroonian-American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Embiid began his basketball career in Cameroon before moving to the United States in 2013 to play college basketball for the University of Kansas.
